Role Overview
Application Developer responsible for the administration, development, and optimization of the Strapi CMS platform within a modern microservices architecture. The role focuses on ensuring platform performance, scalability, maintainability, and high availability while supporting enterprise content management and API services.
The ideal candidate combines strong backend development expertise with experience in headless CMS platforms, PostgreSQL optimization, cloud storage integrations, and DevOps collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, administer, and maintain the Strapi CMS platform
- Optimize Strapi performance, API responsiveness, and content publishing processes
- Design, model, and maintain content types, components, and Dynamic Zones
- Implement and support Preview, Publishing, and Webhook mechanisms
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs supporting frontend applications and integrations
- Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks
- Manage integrations with Media Library and object storage platforms (S3/MinIO)
- Define and execute migration strategies across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments
- Collaborate with Frontend, Architecture, and DevOps teams to resolve incidents and improve platform reliability
- Monitor platform performance and implement scalability improvements
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the CMS platform and development processes

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Strapi CMS administration and development
- Experience developing applications in Node.js
- Experience building and maintaining microservices-based applications
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs
- Experience with PostgreSQL administration and performance optimization
- Experience implementing Webhooks and event-driven integrations
- Experience designing content models and CMS architecture
- Experience with object storage solutions such as Amazon S3 or MinIO
- Experience managing deployments across multiple environments
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Experience collaborating with DevOps teams
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
- Understanding of scalable backend architectures
