Role Overview

Application Developer responsible for developing and enhancing SAP PM solutions using modern ABAP technologies on SAP HANA. The role focuses on implementing custom developments, optimizing application performance, supporting SAP PM processes, and delivering high-quality technical solutions integrated with SAP FI/CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP solutions supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes
• Implement enhancements, reports, and custom developments on SAP HANA
• Develop CDS Views, AMDP objects, and RAP-based applications
• Optimize application performance and perform debugging and root-cause analysis
• Implement authorization checks, unit tests, and secure development practices
• Develop and enhance FI/CO-related functionality, including CO-PA derivations, internal order enhancements (AUFK), transfer programs, and CATS posting logic
• Configure and enhance BRF+ rules and output status handling
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and testing teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Produce technical documentation and follow SAP development standards

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SAP ABAP OO development
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Hands-on experience with CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP
• Experience developing applications on SAP HANA
• Strong debugging, tracing, and performance optimization skills
• Experience implementing SAP FI/CO enhancements
• Knowledge of BRF+ and SAP output management
• Understanding of SAP authorizations and unit testing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to understand dependencies in complex multi-provider SAP environments
