Role Overview
Business Analyst responsible for analyzing, documenting, and supporting requirements for connected device ecosystems and IoT solutions. The role focuses on bridging business, technical, and engineering teams by understanding communication technologies, device-to-cloud interactions, embedded device update processes, and connected hardware capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with technical knowledge of IoT connectivity, embedded systems, and cloud-based communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements related to connected devices and IoT solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, product, quality, after-sales, and customer support teams
- Gather, document, and translate technical requirements into clear business specifications
- Analyze device-to-cloud communication flows and connectivity architectures
- Support the definition and documentation of FOTA/OTA update processes for embedded devices
- Work with connected hardware and IoT ecosystems to understand device behavior and requirements
- Document complex technical concepts in a clear and structured manner
- Support troubleshooting and analysis of connectivity-related issues
- Collaborate with technical teams working on IoT platforms, cloud services, and device integrations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of connected product processes and documentation

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of communication and connectivity technologies, including:
- Cellular IoT
- Bluetooth
- Wi-Fi
- Hands-on experience working with connected hardware and IoT devices
- Strong understanding of FOTA/OTA update flows for connected embedded devices
- Hands-on experience with device-to-cloud communication using MQTT protocol
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field:
- Telecommunications
- Electronics
- Computer Engineering
- Similar technical disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document and explain complex technical topics clearly and structured
- Strong communication skills
- Very good command of English
