Role Overview

Business Transformation Consultant responsible for driving finance transformation initiatives through process optimization, analytics, and technology-enabled solutions. The role focuses on improving financial processes, supporting data-driven decision-making, defining business requirements, and collaborating with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable finance analytics solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives and process improvement activities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Assess current finance processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design and implement analytics solutions
• Support the development of finance reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process discovery sessions
• Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation
• Create business process documentation, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
• Promote best practices in finance analytics, governance, and continuous improvement
• Support change management and user adoption throughout transformation initiatives

• Strong experience in business transformation or finance consulting
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Experience with finance analytics, KPI definition, and reporting
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Experience working with business intelligence and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and analytical solutions
• Experience working in cross-functional and international project teams

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
