Role Overview
Application Architect responsible for designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions, with a primary focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The role focuses on defining scalable ServiceNow architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and providing technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Provide architectural guidance for ServiceNow SPM implementations and enhancements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Define solution architecture, integrations, workflows, and platform components
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow SPM capabilities
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, developers, and technical teams
- Review technical designs and provide guidance to development teams
- Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex ServiceNow issues
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
- Maintain technical architecture and solution documentation

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
- Proven experience in ServiceNow solution architecture
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working with ServiceNow development and configuration teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar ServiceNow role
