Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Solution Architect with strong expertise in Finance solutions, business process transformation, and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.

The role will provide functional and strategic leadership for Finance transformation initiatives, including global template design, stakeholder management, project leadership, and team mentoring. The ideal candidate will be capable of translating complex Finance requirements into scalable SAP solutions and driving alignment across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SAP Finance solution expertise across business transformation initiatives.
• Lead the design and evolution of Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Finance solutions.
• Lead business process transformation initiatives within Finance.
• Design and support global SAP Finance templates for multinational environments.
• Drive solution design decisions and ensure alignment with global Finance processes.
• Lead workshops and discussions with Finance stakeholders and business teams.
• Manage stakeholders across business, functional, technical, and project teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on Finance solution architecture and process design.
• Lead project activities related to SAP Finance transformation and implementation.
• Mentor and guide SAP Finance consultants and project team members.
• Perform complex problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Identify process, solution, and integration issues and drive their resolution.
• Communicate solution decisions, recommendations, and project status to senior stakeholders.
• Support delivery governance and ensure consistency between global template design and local requirements.

• Experience with accounting-principle frameworks in multinational environments.
• SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting certification.
• Experience with SAP implementations in Italy.
• Previous experience in consulting firms or large global enterprises.
