Role Overview
SAP VIM Functional Consultant responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions. The role acts as the functional interface between business users, Accounts Payable teams, and SAP support teams, ensuring efficient invoice processing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, Accounts Payable teams, and SAP support teams
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solution specifications
- Support invoice processing, approval workflows, exception handling, and document management processes
- Coordinate incident resolution, service requests, and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor SAP VIM workflows and document processing to ensure operational efficiency
- Review and optimize SAP VIM configuration, including coding blocks, business rules, document routing, and approval workflows
- Perform functional analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend solution enhancements
- Deliver user guidance, training, and adoption support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

Required Skills
- Strong experience supporting SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
- Hands-on experience with SAP VIM document processing and workflow management
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, Accounts Payable, and procurement processes
- Experience with issue analysis, incident management, and service request coordination
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience reviewing and optimizing SAP VIM configuration
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
