Role Overview
Senior Kyriba Application Support Consultant responsible for leading the support, maintenance, and optimization of Kyriba Treasury Management solutions. The role focuses on application support, incident resolution, bank connectivity, integrations, release management, and ensuring the stability and availability of business-critical treasury platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Kyriba applications
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues
- Monitor application performance and optimize system stability
- Support release deployments and environment management
- Manage bank connectivity and integrations with enterprise systems
- Monitor interfaces and ensure reliable data exchange
- Participate in rotational on-call support for critical (P1) incidents
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure operational excellence

Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience supporting Kyriba applications
- Strong knowledge of Kyriba Treasury Management
- Experience with Cash Management, Liquidity Forecasting, Payments, and Risk Management
- Experience with L2/L3 application support and incident management
- Knowledge of bank connectivity using APIs and SFTP
- Experience integrating Kyriba with SAP, JD Edwards, and other enterprise systems
- Experience with release deployments, interface monitoring, and environment management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
