Senior Polaris EPM Application Support Consultant responsible for leading the support, maintenance, and optimization of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms. The role focuses on application support, incident resolution, performance optimization, release management, and ensuring the stability and availability of Polaris-based financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Polaris EPM applications
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues
- Monitor application performance and optimize system stability
- Support release deployments and environment management
- Manage integrations, interfaces, and calculation processes
- Maintain security configurations and access controls
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve incidents
- Ensure platform reliability and operational excellence

Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience supporting Polaris EPM applications
- Strong knowledge of Polaris, Essbase, and Tagetik
- Experience with L2/L3 application support and incident management
- Experience performing root cause analysis and performance tuning
- Knowledge of dimensional modelling and financial calculations
- Experience with file/API integrations and interface monitoring
- Understanding of security design, deployment governance, and environment management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
