Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Integration Specialist with strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP PO/PI, and SAP HCM integration technologies. The role focuses on integrating SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM with other systems, including master data, employee time, absence, and organizational data replication.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Point-to-Point (P2P) replication, Business Integration Builder (BIB), Compound Employee API, SAP AIF, and secure integration flows using modern and traditional SAP integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain SAP HCM integration solutions.
• Develop and configure integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP PO/PI.
• Implement Point-to-Point (P2P) replication and Business Integration Builder (BIB) mappings for employee master data.
• Configure and support replication of SAP HCM infotypes, including:
• • Infotype 0000 – Actions
  • Infotype 0001 – Organizational Assignment
  • Infotype 0002 – Personal Data
  • Infotype 0006 – Addresses
  • Infotype 0007 – Planned Working Time
  • Infotype 0008 – Basic Pay
  • Infotype 0009 – Bank Details
• Implement employee time and absence replication using the Compound Employee API and relevant SAP HCM infotypes:
• • IT2001 – Absences
  • IT2002 – Attendances
  • IT2010 – Employee Remuneration Information
• Implement and maintain delta synchronization mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain custom MDF integrations and organizational assignment alignments.
• Design secure iFlows using:
• • SOAP
  • REST
  • SFTP
  • AS2
• Work with SAP HCM modules including PY, OM, and PA.
• Integrate SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) with relevant systems and platforms.
• Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support end-to-end testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite – Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Strong experience with SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB).
• Hands-on experience with Compound Employee API.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience with SAP HCM PY / OM / PA.
• Experience with SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF).
• Strong experience with SAP PO/PI.
• Experience with Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong Groovy scripting skills.
• Strong XML knowledge.
• Experience with P2P replication and BIB mapping.
• Experience with SAP HCM master data and relevant infotypes.
• Experience with time evaluation and absence replication.
• Experience with delta synchronization.
• Experience with custom MDF integrations.
• Experience aligning organizational assignments across integrated systems.
• Strong knowledge of integration protocols including SOAP, REST, SFTP, and AS2.
• Experience designing and implementing secure SAP integration flows.
