Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry and modern digital application architectures.

The role will focus on defining and documenting technical solutions within a complex application landscape, working across multiple teams and application domains. The ideal candidate will understand telecom business processes and have hands-on architectural knowledge covering CRM, eShop, Product Catalog, Customer Inventory, REST APIs, MACH architectures, and Identity Provider (IdP) systems.

Experience with TM Forum Open APIs and the Information Framework (SID) is an important requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Produce detailed solution architecture and technical solution documentation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and other architects.
• Analyze the existing application landscape and identify appropriate integration and solution patterns.
• Design solutions across multiple application domains, including:
• • CRM
  • eShop / digital commerce
  • Product Catalog
  • Customer Inventory
  • REST API-based integrations
• Contribute to the design and evolution of modern MACH-based architectures.
• Define integration approaches and API interactions between different systems.
• Consider authentication and authorization requirements using Identity Provider (IdP) solutions.
• Apply relevant TM Forum Open APIs and SID Information Framework concepts when designing solutions.
• Ensure technical solutions are consistent across a complex, multi-team environment.
• Collaborate with multiple delivery teams and coordinate architectural dependencies.
• Evaluate new and innovative technologies and assess their applicability to the solution landscape.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, standards, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

Solution Architecture

• Demonstrable experience in Solution Architecture.
• Proven ability to detail and document technical solutions.
• Experience working across complex enterprise application landscapes.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and technical domains.

Telecom Industry

• Strong business knowledge and experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Understanding of telecom business processes and digital customer journeys.
• Experience designing solutions specifically for telecom environments is highly relevant.

Application & Integration Architecture

Good technical understanding of relevant application domains, including:

• CRM
• eShop / Digital Commerce
• Product Catalog
• Customer Inventory
• REST APIs
• Enterprise application integration

Modern Architecture

• Good understanding of MACH architecture principles.
• Understanding of modern, API-driven and modular application architectures.
• Ability to work with evolving technology landscapes and innovative solutions.

Identity & Security

• Good understanding of Identity Provider (IdP) systems.
• Knowledge of:

TM Forum
